Dear Potential Donors,

On behalf of the students and staff of Camelot Elementary School, I want to thank our RESET scientists for volunteering generously during the past school year in the classroom of our 4th and 5th grade scientists and engineers. The contributions the program has made have helped create and foster a love of science and engineering.

This has made a difference in our students’ educational experience this year. Having volunteers who have worked directly in the field share hands-on activities with students has really opened a door for our students.

In addition to the enriching lessons the volunteers have given to our students, the RESET program also funded a field trip for our 5th graders to the Anacostia River where students participated in an on-boat” session and an “on-land” session in order to put the classroom skills they have been working on to use. Students came back from this field trip stating that this was the most amazing trip in which they have ever participated.

I hope you will support RESET’s important work in DC-area schools by making a donation on November 29th—Giving Tuesday, a national day of giving. Keep this great program alive and strong! Please donate at:http://cfp-dc.org/gbcn.

Sincerely,

Courtney Korb
